Does your company encourage IMAGINATION?

When retaining, evaluating and hiring staff there are lots of characteristics to consider.  However, do you appreciate some of the more abstract skills?  Do you reward someone with good imagination?  Unfortunately, this trait is rarely appreciated... and that's a pity because imagination can often find solutions to problems when none seems possible.
